What determines if an order is a 'special order'?

A special order is any item that is not in our inventory at the time of purchase and will be ordering and holding on your behalf.  Special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or cancelled.

How will my friend know that the gift is from me?

If you would like to include a short message to accompany your gift please include this in the "comments" portion of the order and we will gladly include it with your purchase.
