The original extreme weather, expedition parka, with unique hand-warmer/cargo pockets, developed for scientists working in McMurdo Station, Antarctica. With the purchase of every parka, $25 will go to support Polar Bears International.

FABRIC:
Shell – 195gsm, Arctic-Tech; 85% Polyester / 15% Cotton blend with a DWR finish. Lining – 55gsm, Nylon plain weave treated with a WR finish.

Mid-thigh length provides good protection
Removable coyote fur ruff surrounding a 2-way adjustable tunnel hood with an adjustable bracing wire for superior protection in high-wind conditions
Heavy-duty, Center-front YKK 2-way locking zipper
Storm flap over the Center-front zipper secured with Velcro®
Two upper chest pockets secured with Velcro® flaps.
Two lower, full bellow snow pockets secured with Velcro® flaps
Four, fleece-lined, zippered handwarmer pockets hidden behind chest and lower pockets
One interior security pocket
Recessed, heavy-duty, elasticized rib-knit cuffs keep out the cold
Polar Bears International patch on right shoulder

Sizing Tip:

Size XS - equivalent to size 4 (chest 22-23")
Size S - equivalent to size 6 (chest 24-26")
