Thank you for choosing WestCoast Kids & E-Children for your baby registry store. We are pleased to offer both in store and online gift registries. These registries are not linked together and our staff is unable to do so. Any items that are requested for removal from a gift registry need to either be done by the registrant or on items purchased in our stores. We cannot remove items from a registry for purchases from a competitor.
At this time we do not offer a completion program or discount for our registries.
The registrant is able to change and update their registry, delete their registry and see who purchased items off their registry simply by logging in. Log in using your chosen username and password. Once you are logged in, select across the top bar what you would like to do.
"View Purchase Log" will show all items purchased
"View My Registry Items" is where you can remove items and update quantities
"Delete My Registy" will delete all information regarding the registry
"Share My Registry" gives you the option to email friends and family to notify them of your registry
If you are purchasing an item off an online registry in a store location please let the sales associate know so that we can keep registries as up to date as possible.
All gift purchases purchased online include a gift receipt and a note stating who the gift is from. If you wish to add a personalized greeting to your gift, please enter your message in the "comments" or "remarks" section of your order. We will then add this message on your behalf. If there is no personalized note, the name of the purchaser (based on the billing information) will be used.
At this time we do not offer gift wrapping services.
At this time we are unable to process gift certificates or store credits for online purchases. Gift certificates are able to be used in store only at this time.
Gift Certificates are shipped either via free shipping (for gift cards over $49) via a signature-required delivery (such as Purolator) or with a shipping charge for gift cards under $49. Please note that gift certificates are non-transferable and any lost gift certificates due to mail issues or otherwise cannot be replaced.
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
