- Directions for Use: Add one to three tablespoons to warm running bath water and wash baby with just the bath water. To wash hair, soak a cloth in the bath water and give their head a gentle scrub. Intended to be used completely in place of soap.

Great for Baby EczemaMy baby started developing rashes & eczema just before the 3 month mark and we tried lots of different lotions that were marketed as safe and recommended for baby skin sensitivity but didn't find it to have a long lasting effect. Best Gentle Baby Bath SoapLove this product! My little ones skin is very sensitive. She also has eczema, I was recommended to give her oatmeal baths.
