Good placemat, terrible customer service!!I ordered two placemats and really like them however the two I received were different sizes. I guess Modern Twist changed the dimensions at some point so there were old and new models in stock, but this was not indicated on the website when I purchased them. I thought that customer service would sort this out, no big deal but they have been terrible. They did not offer to send me a new one to match the size or pay return shipping so I could return one and buy a new one to match the sizes. Really disappointed, seemed like a simple fix to me. Bad customer service.
I like the mats but it's tough using them as my kids fight over them due to the different sizes.Posted on

Easy to clean and heat resistant!We purchased two placemats (Circus and Numbers) to save our dining table from the two year old smearing ketchup, oatmeal, eggs etc all over the place! These mats are super easy to clean, and we just hang them to dry. Only thing that would make them even better is if they came with dry erase markers to color the shapes!
