When purchasing a product from our website we will request information from you at checkout. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (name and shipping address) and financial information (credit card number, expiration date and security code). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
Order changes and cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of placement of the original order. Changes or requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted. Payment must be made in-full prior to shipment. We accept VISA, VISA Debit, MasterCard and PayPal. VISA and MasterCard Gift Cards cannot be used. All credit cards must be North American. We cannot accept international cards. If you are purchasing from an international location, and shipping within Canada or the US you can use PayPal
When you place your order, you will receive an email confirming your products, billing and shipping address. At this time the order has not been charged. Please note: If you have paid through Apple Pay, your order will be paid in full as soon as the order is placed. When your order ships, your payment method will be charged and you will receive a tracking number shortly thereafter.
You may be contacted by a customer care associate if there are any issues with your order, which can include (but are not limited to): stock issues, shipping charges, or contact information errors.
