Ordering Online

All order inquiries are to be emailed to customerservice@westcoastkids.ca.

When purchasing a product from our website we will request information from you at checkout. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (name and shipping address) and financial information (credit card number, expiration date and security code). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Order changes and cancellation requests must be received within 1 hour of placement of the original order. Changes or requests made after 1 hour may not be accepted. If your order has already been processed, you will need to refer to the Return Policies portion of our Customer Care page. Payment must be made in-full prior to shipment. We accept VISA, VISA Debit, MasterCard, PayPal, Paybright and Afterpay. VISA Gift Cards and MasterCard Gift Cards cannot be used. All credit cards must be North American, we cannot accept international cards. If you are purchasing from an international location, and shipping within Canada or the US you can use PayPal.

When you place your order, you will receive an email confirming your products, billing, and shipping address. When your order ships you will receive a tracking number shortly thereafter.

You may be contacted by a customer care associate if there are any issues with your order, which can include (but are not limited to): stock issues, shipping charges, or contact information errors.

The information, material, content and images on the pages of our website (the “Information”) may be changed at any time without notice. All pictures shown are for illustration purpose only and actual product may vary due to product enhancement.

West Coast Kids reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of a discount. West Coast Kids reserves the right to cancel and/ or not ship an order at any time, for any reason.

West Coast Kids reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies and omissions, and change and/or update information without prior notice, including errors, inaccuracies and/or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing and availability. West Coast Kids will not assume any responsibility for any errors, inaccuracies or omissions found on our website. Further, any link between West Coast Kids and any other website does not constitute an endorsement of the linked or affiliated website. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

West Coast Kids makes every effort to accurately display colours of products appearing on our websites. However, because the colours you see directly depend on your monitor settings we cannot guarantee that your monitor will accurately display the colours of the items on our website.
