Safety
Take extra care when heating in a microwave oven
- Only heat one container at a time
- Do not cover with a metal lid
- Always use with the glass turntable of the microwave oven.
- Reheat in several short bursts rather than one long burst.
- Do not exceed 3 mins.
- Mix the food and test the temperature halfway through to limit the risk of burns and optimize reheating.
